Staff Research Engineer - Interactive Avatars

Requirements

• Comfortable owning and executing on responsibilities listed
• Strong ML and computer vision background with relevant industry experience
• Hands-on experience with diffusion models
• Proficient in PyTorch and modern ML frameworks
• Strong Python engineering skills and commitment to clean, maintainable code
• Outcome-driven, detail-oriented, and motivated
• Clear communicator of hypotheses, experiments, and results

What we're looking for:

• Experience with audio-conditioned video diffusion models
• Ability to own full model development pipeline
• Strong publication record in relevant areas

What you'll be doing

• Adapt diffusion models with diverse conditioning signals
• Develop methods for streaming video sequences
• Work on perceptual layer of interactive agents
• Improve lip-sync accuracy and motion realism
• Build evaluation frameworks and test suites
• Collaborate with data team
• Stay up to date with research in related areas
