Data Analyst - Regulatory Reporting

Requirements

• Technical: Proficient in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker), familiarity with big data tools or Pyspark is a strong advantage
• Strategic: Able to collaborate with non-technical teams and translate business requirements into technical plans
• Background in Regulatory, AML, or Risk data, understanding the importance of working within a highly regulated banking environment
• Expert executor with skills in problem-solving, prioritization, and aligning work with strategic goals

What You'll Be Doing

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Lead the full lifecycle of Statistical and Prudential reporting
• Collaborative Scoping: Brainstorm and implement logic to turn raw data into compliant insights
• Technical Build & Automation: Work on high-performance data pipelines with Data Engineers
• Building Data Trust: Implement validation frameworks for accurate and trustworthy reports
• Act as a Multiplier: Mentor colleagues and unblock other teams while providing insightful feedback
