Senior Financial Data Analyst

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst
• Proficient in Python and SQL, expertise with BI tools like Looker
• Strong expertise with big data tooling (e.g., PySpark)
• Ability to structure projects and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communicator in English for technical and nontechnical audiences

What you'll be doing

• Data Analysis: determine necessary data for business problems, draw conclusions, and recommend optimizations
• Delivery of Business Insights: share findings, measure impact, inform areas for optimization
• Translate & Influence: communicate complex topics to technical and non-technical audiences
• Cross-team collaboration: ensure alignment between key stakeholders
• Process improvement: monitor controls, contribute to improvement, scale fraud prevention
• Mentoring: help grow the team technically and in decision-making
