Sr. Embedded SDE, Ring

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field of studies, or relevant work experience
• Proven experience in at least one modern language such as Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, or Python including object-oriented design
• Strong desire to build, deliver results, take ownership, and drive projects
• Experience working on Embedded Systems
• Passion, self-learning, and curiosity - you learn new languages, code side projects and follow what happens in the areas you are excited with
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Nice to Haves

• Experience taking software products from inception to customer delivery
• Understanding of design for scalability, performance, and reliability
• Experience with CI/CD systems and build automation
• Experience with QEMU or other simulation systems

• Lead colleagues to deliver high-quality C and C++ code which will scale with the needs of the business
• Deliver reliable, high-quality technical solutions that delight customers
• Demonstrate excellent taste in developer experience and tooling design through the SDLC
• Partner with managers and leadership to influence business strategy and product roadmaps
• Meet with customers to learn and help shape the simulation story
• Set a high bar of technical and operational excellence and empower colleagues to continuously meet and raise the bar
