Android Application Builder, Ring Application Services

Requirements

• Experience (non-internship) in professional software development
• Experience designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems
• Android mobile application development experience in Kotlin

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations
• Knowledge of system performance, memory management, and parallel computing principles

What You'll Be Doing

• Design, develop, and maintain the core Android frameworks and systems that power the Ring and Blink apps
• Lead architecture and design of Android features and platform components
• Develop and maintain the Design System used by other teams
• Build and operate AI pipelines and developer tooling
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend teams
