Machine Learning Research Engineer, Machine Translation

Requirements

• Experience in machine learning and NLP including model training, inference, Large Language Models, and neural machine translation
• Experience developing AI/ML systems at scale in production or in high-impact research environments
• Knowledge with common deep learning toolkits including JAX, PyTorch, or Tensorflow

Nice to Haves

• Passionate about machine translation, large language model, and natural language processing
• Proficiency in key language technologies, including machine translation, large language models, and natural language processing
• The ability to formulate research problems, design, experiment, and implement solutions in programming languages such as C/C++, Java, Python, and Bash scripting
• The design and deployment of real-world, large-scale, user-facing machine translation or large language model systems
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
