Software Engineer Workflow Automation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in at least one server-side language (Swift, Go, or equivalent).
• Foundational knowledge of problem solving, software architecture, debugging, and testing.
• User-focused: passion for quality, attention to detail, and delivering outstanding user experiences.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across multiple locations and time zones.

Nice to Haves

• Exposure to workflow orchestration frameworks such as Temporal.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies, networking, or security.
• Experience with databases (relational and NoSQL databases like Cassandra).
• Experience with app development (macOS and iOS).
• Experience with server-side development and systems programming.
• Interest in growing into technical leadership of larger features and collaborating across organizational boundaries.
