Sr Software Development Engineer, Lambda Experience

Requirements

• Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or leading an engineering team
• Experience leading architecture and design of new and current systems
• Professional, non-internship software development experience
• Programming experience with modern languages like Java, C++, or C#
• 5+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C++, or similar languages
• Experience designing and building distributed systems at scale
• Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and software engineering best practices
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects in fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Experience with full software development life cycle
• Experience with AWS services and cloud-native architectures
• Background in building control plane or management APIs
• Knowledge of event-driven architectures and asynchronous systems
• Experience with operational excellence practices
• Track record of mentoring and developing other engineers
