Software Development Engineer, Lambda - Experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems in production
• Comfort with ambiguity
• Strong fundamentals in Java, Python, or TypeScript
• Bias towards simple, operable solutions

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, build, and operate distributed systems for AWS Lambda Control Plane
• Own the full path from API request to running function
• Design asynchronous workflows to orchestrate function's lifecycle
• Operate at the scale of one of the largest services in AWS with a focus on availability

Nice to Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
• Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying serverless applications using AWS services
