Staff Engineer, Autonomous Vehicle Systems Integration

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in automotive, autonomous driving or robotics systems engineering
• Deep understanding of vehicle E/E architecture, control interfaces, and autonomous driving systems integration
• Proven ability to define integration requirements across multi-stakeholder programs
• Experience working with OEM engineering teams and external technical partners
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving team with high ownership
• Experience in L4 or L2+ ADAS programs is a strong plus

What You'll Be Doing:

• Define and own the ADS-to-vehicle interface specification
• Lead technical integration workstreams with ADS partners
• Represent Bolt in engineering-level conversations with OEMs
• Build integration frameworks, tooling, and documentation
• Identify and resolve integration risks across vehicle platforms
• Ensure integration decisions are technically aligned and program-ready
