Senior Billing Systems Analyst

Requirements

• Maintain quote to cash systems and integrations including internal and SAAS systems
• Participate in systems analysis and design
• Respond promptly to application alerts and production issues
• Effective communication with internal stakeholders
• Maintain functional knowledge of supported applications

What you'll be doing

• Partner with business teams to identify gaps and re-engineer current processes
• Work on Proof of concepts for new requirements
• Streamline and automate processes
• Participate in QA activities for various projects

Nice to Have

• 6+ years experience in systems analyst roles implementing ERP applications
• Experience with analytics and monitoring tools like Grafana
• Track record of delivering successful large-scale, business transformation initiatives
