What You'll Be Doing

• Lead multiple teams of engineers delivering customer facing products in our Cloudflare One suite
• Partner with Product Management to define and execute a strategy and achieve audacious goals
• Work with peers around the world to drive cross organizational projects and develop best practices
• Foster a culture that is results oriented without sacrificing curiosity, kindness, and empathy for customers and co-workers alike
• Define metrics that guide the engineering teams
• Drive continuous improvement in your teams
• Lead engineering recruiting efforts on your teams
