Staff Datacenter Engineer, Architectural Technical Lead

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent practical experience
• 10 years of experience in mission critical facility design and construction environments
• 6 years of experience as a Licensed Architect (e.g., ARB, RIBA)
• 6 years of experience with architectural design on projects at an architecture, engineering, or construction firm
• 6 years of experience working with external Architect/Engineering vendors on data center design

Nice to haves:

• Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from Accredited University
• 6 years of experience working with Autodesk ACC focused on architecture/life safety design and coordination review
• Experience with cross-discipline teams (e.g., structural, civil, IT/Telecom, security, mechanical, architectural)
• Experience with medium voltage systems

What you'll be doing:

• Lead cross-functional disciplines across structural, civil, mechanical, electrical, controls, security, telecom on product development and assembly integration of architectural scope for Data Center Design
• Review construction-level documentation produced by internal and external vendors
• Act as escalation path for site localization of canonical design
• Lead workstreams with internal engineering and operation teams to rationalize requirements for next generation data center designs
• Lead internal and external data center and ancillary building design reviews
