Director, Engineering - Digital Experience Monitoring

Requirements:

• You have directly managed Engineering Managers, not just individual contributors
• You integrate AI deeply into how you lead and how your teams build
• You have a track record of shaping product decisions
• You've worked with large-scale, event-driven or data-intensive backend systems
• You bring full-stack or frontend-adjacent experience
• You're comfortable operating in English in a cross-Atlantic org

What You'll Be Doing:

• Own engineering for one or more DEM product areas with scope calibrated to your background and strengths
• Manage 50-60 engineers through a layer of Engineering Managers
• Shape the roadmap alongside product leadership
• Drive AI adoption across the engineering org
• Navigate cross-team dependencies across various platforms
• Build and retain engineering talent, mentor Engineering Managers
