Staff Machine Learning Engineer

Requirements

• Strong foundations in machine learning and/or operations research
• Deep expertise in one or two specialized areas
• Proven experience designing and shipping impactful algorithms
• Ability to think holistically about business problems
• Excellent communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building production-grade machine learning systems
• Developing algorithms to optimize rider assignment, pricing, etc.
• Partnering with engineers, product managers, and data scientists
• Evaluating model and system performance through experimentation
• Mentoring other engineers and data scientists
