Senior Analytics Engineering Manager

Requirements

• Significant experience in an Analytics Engineering, BI Engineering, or Data Engineering leadership role
• Proven experience managing managers as well as ICs
• Demonstrated ability to own a multi-quarter technical roadmap
• Strong technical grounding across the modern AE stack
• Confident engaging and influencing at Director/VP level

Nice to Haves

• Experience in a marketplace, e-commerce, grocery or retail analytics context
• Familiarity with federated data architecture patterns, semantic and metrics layer tooling
• Exposure to or research of AI for Data
• Experience contributing to analytics organizational design

• Lead multiple analytics engineering teams across several business domains
• Own the mid-to-long-term AE roadmap across your domains
• Contribute to AE-wide decisions on tooling, architecture, standards, and process
• Drive a data products mindset across your estate
• Coach and develop the AE Managers in your organization
• Partner with Recruiting to hire strong, diverse AE talent
