Staff Software Engineer, Dev Environments

Requirements

• A track record of shipping production systems and leading cross-team initiatives with group level impact
• Hands on fluency with languages and tooling used to build developer tooling and infrastructure-as-code
• Experience managing compute via Kubernetes or lightweight VM/sandbox technology
• Working knowledge of cloud networking
• Experience integrating LLM/AI tooling into developer workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience building close working relationships with engineering teams

Nice to Haves

• Experience in developer platforms or adjacent infrastructure
• Practical experience with remote-backend flows or equivalent
• Experience with remote build/execution systems or large-scale build caching
