Senior Backend Engineer I - Account Insights

Requirements

• Have owned a large, impactful backend projects end-to-end.
• Deep backend fundamentals and strong proficiency in primary language.
• Written well-tested, high-quality code.
• Mentored and coached other engineers.
• Hands-on experience with at least one of Kafka, stream processing, or high-throughput low-latency services.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning and building system components behind customer-facing insights features.
• Helping shape the roadmap and delivering large projects end-to-end.
• Driving incident response and owning mitigation steps.
• Raising the bar across the team: writing high-quality tests and clear documentation.
