Senior Fullstack Software Engineer (Kotlin/Java/React) - Fintech

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering software systems in highly complex business domains at a global scale.
• Deep backend engineering expertise with a strong preference for distributed systems.
• Hands-on mastery of Java, Kotlin, Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JUnit.
• Strong hands-on experience with TypeScript and React and PostgreSQL.
• A strong engineering ownership mindset with a passion for automation, CI/CD, and reliability.

What you'll be doing

• Design, build, and deliver highly scalable software systems operating in complex, global business environments, used across more than 70 countries.
• Lead backend and frontend engineering efforts with a strong focus on distributed systems, leveraging Java, Kotlin, modern frameworks such as Spring / Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JUnit, and frontend technologies such as React / TanStack.
• Own services end-to-end by embracing a true “you build it, you run it” mindset, with deep involvement in infrastructure automation and continuous deployment.
• Drive high-quality software design by systematically applying design patterns, SOLID principles, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Build secure, resilient systems by applying secure coding best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Influence engineering culture through hands-on leadership, technical mentorship, and continuous improvement.
