Staff Software Engineer - Context Model Core Team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
• 8+ years of product development experience with strong track record of technical leadership
• Deep experience in architecting complex, distributed systems with large-scale data performance challenges
• Proven success in consistently delivering high-quality output and elevating the performance and quality standards of the broader team
• Ability to take vague product requirements and turn them into concrete, executable technical roadmaps
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to gather alignment among diverse stakeholders and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

What you'll be doing:

• Define, articulate and drive the execution of the technical vision and strategy for the entire product area, securing necessary buy-in from stakeholders
• Remain hands-on, leading the development of complex, critical-path components
• Driving application performance improvement for big data
• Play an active role in product discussions to shape roadmaps, ensuring technical feasibility aligns with business goals
• Set an example for technical excellence through rigorous design reviews, setting high coding standards, and taking action to improve developer experience
• Mentor and grow teammates while helping to define a fun and inclusive engineering culture
