Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on developer tooling and productivity, platform engineering, or infrastructure
• Proficiency in Kotlin, Java, TypeScript, and experience with microservices architectures
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, build orchestration, and release automation
• AI-powered developer tooling experience and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with Bazel, Nx build systems, and PHP
• Contributions to open-source developer tooling or CI/CD ecosystems
• Experience in a fast-growing, multi-stack engineering organization

What You’ll Be Doing

• Setting technical strategy for developer experience
• Scaling CI/CD, build, test, and release systems
• Providing leadership on backend platform and frontend DX
• Leading cross-team collaboration and influence
