What You'll Be Doing

• Taking ownership over a large portion of one or more products and leading projects end-to-end.
• Researching competitors, writing product specs, designing wireframes, and driving product decisions.
• Building reusable building blocks and abstractions across the full technology stack.
• Shipping features that solve complex problems such as automated interview scheduling, creating generalized filter architectures, and integrating signing offers.
• Collaborating naturally and communicating deliberately with a diverse, talented engineering team.
• Contributing to a culture of innovation with minimal process and high autonomy.
• Using advanced developer tooling and AI-enhanced systems to increase productivity and quality.
• Participating in hiring interviews focused on product thinking and technical design without leetcode-style interviews.
