Requirements

• Experience building and running evals for AI systems at scale
• Strong proficiency in Python and Go
• Proven ability to run projects end to end with autonomy

What you'll be doing

• Lead green-field initiatives for building and maintaining Security Integrations
• Architect and drive the tooling and automation strategy
• Set a collaborative tone for the team
• Represent the team in the open, working closely with Security and Ingest teams

Nice to haves

• Production experience with the general Elastic ingest model
• Experience in cybersecurity
• Experience parsing logs and events in a security or observability context
