Senior Cloud Security Engineer (Kubernetes)

Requirements

• You live on the linux command line
• Your current research and experience back up your opinionated views on security practices
• You’re sought after for your Kubernetes security expertise
• Your security expertise extends to at least one public cloud
• You appreciate building systems with good engineering practices
• You’re open to being part of the on-call rota

• You’ve developed security configurations in multiple public and private clouds

• You regularly support building and analysis of threat models
• You have experience securing data centers and networking devices

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and running defensive security controls for highly-available multi-cloud payment systems
• Understanding current threats and risk tradeoffs to advise engineering teams
• Developing complex heavily customized multi-cluster environments
• Providing expertise on essential security features and long-term security hardening practices
• Contributing to secure cloud architectures and team alignment
