Senior Software Engineer, Copilot Agents

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical discipline
• OR Associate’s Degree in related field AND 5+ years experience
• OR Bachelor's Degree in related field AND 4+ years experience
• OR Master's Degree in related field AND 2+ years experience
• OR Doctorate in related field
• OR equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience building developer tools that operate on source code, or in machine learning and AI applied to understanding source code

Nice to Haves

• Experience with both areas listed under Preferred qualifications
• Experience designing and running statistically-sound experiments
• Experience with code security analysis
• Industry or research knowledge of compilers, program analysis, programming language design and implementation

• Working in a distributed team to build and expand code analysis engines and agents
• Collaborating with various teams to influence product direction and deliver features
• Engaging with internal and external users to help them succeed with the product
• Providing feedback to improve organizational culture and processes
