Engineering - Runtime Platform Engineer - Vice President - Warsaw

Requirements

• Extensive experience (8 years) in DevOps or Production Engineering, with expertise in architecting, deploying, and scaling distributed computing systems
• Excellent problem-solving and automation skills, leveraging real-time monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus
• Deep knowledge of Linux operating systems and system administration
• Good networking fundamentals
• Experience working with distributed computing systems and Cloud computing
• Proficiency in at least one programming language
• Able to operate effectively in a financial services environment
• Strong communication skills

What You'll Be Doing

• Proactively identify operational risks and propose solutions
• Continuously refine runbooks, tooling, and automation
• Build observability for new deployments
• Lead outage investigations and postmortems
• Define SLIs and SLOs
• Facilitate planned migration to new platform
• Provide regional coverage and on-call support
