Solutions Engineering - Software Engineer - Associate

Requirements:

• An advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional work experience.
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) components such as Cloudwatch, EC2, ECS, IAM, and KMS.
• Experience with IaC languages such as Terraform or Cloudformation.
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle).
• Proficiency in shell scripting or modern programming languages like Python or Java.
• Experience with essential DevOps tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Gitlab.
• Experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or SQS.
• Prior experience within the Financial Services or Fintech industries.
• Experience working in a Linux environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and resilient cloud-native applications.
• Assist in migrating existing on-premise applications and infrastructure to cloud environments.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Analyze existing software implementations, troubleshoot complex issues, and optimize system performance.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and contribute to IaC initiatives.
• Work closely with global cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric products.
• Manage multiple development tasks and provide accurate estimates for feature implementation.
