Asset & Wealth Management - Software Engineer - Vice President - London

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or other related STEM subjects
• 6+ years of experience working as a full-time software developer
• Excellent programming and software design skills in at least one object-oriented programming language
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational database technologies
• Ideally experience building interactive web applications with React or Angular, and an interest in adopting new technologies (e.g. AWS)
• Pro-active attitude to problem-solving, personal sense of ownership and responsibility, collaborative team-player, and a strong growth mindset
• Comfortable multitasking, managing multiple stakeholders, and working as part of a global team
• Proven strong communication and interpersonal ability, with an ability to present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Interest in finance (pre-existing finance knowledge is a plus, but not required)

• Collaborating with investors to build robust, scalable technology platforms and data-driven investing capabilities
• Enhancing the platform’s ability to deliver class-leading returns to clients on a global scale
• Driving growth, value creation, and efficiencies through automation, digitization, and quantitative analytics
• Building platforms to capture and manage investments across a diverse product set with complex funding structures
• Working with various stakeholders, including investment professionals, traders, and operational teams
