Engineering - Regional COO - Vice President – Warsaw

Requirements

• 8+ years’ experience in strategy, COO, program management, change management, or operations roles within technology or financial services
• Proven track record leading end-to-end programs
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience designing and delivering internal/external events and trainings
• Demonstrated ability to optimize and document processes
• High level of organization and project management expertise
• Strong relationship-building and client service mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Economics, or related field

Nice to Haves

• Ability to work with senior leaders and stakeholders to create consensus around strategic projects
• Experience developing business analytics and presentations for senior management
• Strong technical skills and experience manipulating data using Excel
