Engineering - Security Engineering - Warsaw- Associate - VIDM - IAM

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing, implementing, integrating, or assessing Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems in large enterprise environments
• Working knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols like OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML 2.0, and Kerberos
• Practical experience with IAM technology stacks including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Heimdal Kerberos, Ping Federate, Auth0, and Okta
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a global, cross-functional environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related discipline

Job Responsibilities

• Provide IAM risk advisory services to engineering teams for secure identity solutions
• Identify security flaws in IAM platforms and integrations, and provide security guidance
• Review, triage, and remediate findings by interfacing with Business Units
• Establish and maintain policies, standards, and controls in the IAM domain
• Conduct ongoing testing and monitoring of necessary engineering controls in IAM space

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SDLC and CI/CD pipelines integration of IAM controls
• Familiarity with cryptographic primitives applied to identity
• Understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM), MFA, SoD, and Zero Trust architectures
• Interest in regulatory aspects of IAM and familiarity with NIST frameworks
• Experience in hybrid and native public cloud IAM environments
