Lead Strategic Negotiator, Data Centre Site Acquisitions and Development

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Infrastructure, Real Estate, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience leading negotiations within the real estate, capital projects, infrastructure or data center industries.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience managing, mentoring, and scaling teams of executive experts
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to drive clarity in ambiguous regulatory environments.
• Experience cultivating high-level relationships with various stakeholders.
• Experience presenting recommendations and market intelligence to executive leadership.
• Knowledge of the European energy sector and data center market dynamics.

What you'll be doing:

• Act as a thought leader to influence the broader European energy and real estate markets.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with various teams to navigate ambiguous regulatory environments.
• Engage in the end-to-end acquisition of real estate, land, power infrastructure, and data center related infrastructure.
• Present recommendations and market intelligence updates to Google’s executive leadership.
• Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with government bodies, utility providers, and regulatory agencies.
