Software Engineer III, Tensor Processing Units, AI/ML

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in C++ and Python, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 1 year of experience with machine learning infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
• 1 year of experience with one or more of the following: Speech/audio, reinforcement learning, or specialization in another ML field.

Nice to Haves:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical fields.
• 2 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and system design.
• Experience developing accessible technologies.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work on AI framework development to enable PyTorch models.
• Provide support for ML frameworks on Cloud TPUs and GPUs for training advanced ML models.
• Enable PyTorch models at scale for various ML applications.
• Collaborate with Google teams and industry researchers to enhance ML capabilities.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
