Infrastructure Operations Engineer, Sovereign Operations - South East (Hampshire)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field
• 2 years of experience automating infrastructure provisioning
• Experience in Linux/Docker/Kubernetes or Windows/Active Directory
• Scripting and development language proficiency (e.g., Python, Go, Bash)
• Experience with physical and virtual infrastructure
• Active Security Check (SC) UK security clearance

Nice to haves:

• Familiarity with IT security practices
• System administration experience in Linux or Unix
• Deployment and orchestration technologies knowledge
• Ability to work in a customer-focused environment
• Active Developed Vetting (DV) Security Clearance

What you'll be doing:

• Building, configuring, and deploying new infrastructure
• Resolving escalations, improving customer experience, driving initiatives
• Managing environment health and performance
• Participating in 24/7 on-call rotation for incident response
• Providing technical implementation support in customer environments
