Site Operations Lead (English, French)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 12 years of experience managing technical teams in charge of operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting infrastructure.
• 5 years of experience in developing and managing managers.
• Experience with people management and leading teams.
• Fluency in English and French for client relationship management.

Nice to haves:

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business units.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers.
• Experience with managing mission critical facilities.
• Understanding of power and HVAC requirements in data centers.

• Own campus operational budgets and drive cost-effective operations.

• Direct global data center compliance activities.
• Oversee systems monitoring and control site activities.
