Software Engineer III, Site Reliability Engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.

Nice to haves:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• 2 years of experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
• Previous experience driving small to medium-sized projects independently.
• Previous experience designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Experience working across organizational boundaries.

What you'll be doing:

• Execute end-to-end Site Reliability Engineering projects and tasks to continuously improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Collaborate with partner Development and SRE teams on technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Participate in on-call rotations resolving production incidents and ensuring global system availability.
• Contribute to the technical roadmap by identifying system bottlenecks and building automation tools.
• Mentor junior team members and advocate for SRE best practices.
