Electrical Technician II (Elektro Technicus/Technicus Elektro) (Dutch)

Requirements:

• Associate's degree, trade school certification, or other certified training in a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of electrical experience in an industrial or commercial environment.
• Ability to participate in material handling tasks such as lifting, carrying or moving up to 23 kg of equipment.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and work rotations/shifts.
• Fluent in Dutch for day-to-day operations and communication with colleagues.

Nice to haves:

• 2 years of experience in maintenance of electrical distribution systems or related field.
• Experience in data centers, hospitals, power plants, etc.
• Knowledge of electrical systems used in a data center environment.
• Ability to communicate with contractors performing maintenance on data center systems.

What you'll be doing:

• Inspect, maintain, and repair various data center systems.
• Provide daily assistance to technicians by reading blueprints, schematics, and assessing system working order.
• Manage uptime and maintenance of UPS, generators, electrical distribution, and monitoring systems.
• Support startup, commissioning, and integration of new electrical equipment.
