Forward Deployed Engineer III, Generative AI, Google Cloud (French, German)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development using Python or similar coding languages.
• Experience taking production-grade AI-driven solutions from conception to launch and architecting AI systems on cloud platforms (e.g., GCP).
• Experience building pipelines for structured and unstructured data using vector databases and RAG-like architectures.
• Ability to communicate in French or German fluently for client relationship management.

Nice to haves:

• Master’s degree or PhD in AI, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and complex patterns in AI frameworks.
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions.
• Knowledge of "LLM-native" metrics and techniques for optimizing state management.

What you'll be doing:

• Serve as a developer for complex AI applications and transition prototypes to production-grade agentic workflows.
• Architect and code the "connective tissue" between Google’s AI products and customer infrastructure.
• Build evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks for agentic systems.
• Identify repeateable field patterns and friction points to improve Google’s AI stack.
• Co-build with customer engineering teams to ensure project success and adoption.
