Senior Backend Engineer | Mimir OSS | UK | Remote

Requirements:

• Pragmatism: Ability to tackle complex challenges and deliver modular solutions
• Collaboration and communication skills
• Solid experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python, C++)
• Experience in delivering projects from requirements gathering to product shipping
• Experience with Cloud software development or systems engineering
• Experience with on-call responsibilities and DevOps practices
• Ability to write clean, robust, and performant software
• Familiarity with observability systems and debugging methods

Nice to Haves:

• Experience working with Kubernetes
• Experience working with queue systems like the Kafka protocol
• Prior use of Grafana and Prometheus in operational roles
• Exposure to microservices architecture and infrastructure as code
