Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Be open to various and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
• First-class written and oral communication skills to collaborate with teams and customers
• Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers
• Technical mindset and a desire for technical growth
• Must be located in France

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC

• Partnering with Sales team to articulate Grafana value proposition
• Owning technical engagement with customers to close complex opportunities
• Delivering product and technical presentations
• Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams
• Driving product conversations based on customer needs
• Enhancing documentation, writing blog posts, and creating enablement material
