Data Center Technician

Requirements

• Completed High/Secondary School, GED, an apprenticeship/vocational qualification, or equivalent experience
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and components
• Fluency in conversational French and English
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Contributes to issue tracking through escalations
• Participates in daily safety briefings
• Completes assigned tickets efficiently
• Complies with security and data management procedures
• Maintains a strong client focus

Nice to Haves

• Experience supporting IT equipment or related technology
• Applicable certifications: CompTIA (A+, Server+, Network+), Basic Structure Cabling (BSC)
