Senior Solutions Engineer | Spain | Arabic Speaker | Remote

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience
• Be open to various and complex assignments, requiring strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership
• First-class written and oral communication skills
• Love solving technical challenges and bringing creative solutions to customers
• Technical mindset and a desire to grow technically
• Fluent in Arabic
• Must be located in Spain

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space
• Experience with sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC

What You'll Be Doing

• Partnering with the Sales team to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers
• Owning technical engagement with customers to help close complex opportunities
• Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
• Effectively communicating with customers and internal teams to provide feedback
• Driving product conversations based on customer needs
• Enhancing documentation, writing blog posts, and creating enablement materials
