Senior Engineer, AI Developer

Requirements

• Multiple years building and supporting high-performing systems, ideally in a SaaS, platform, or internal tooling context.
• Practical AI toolchain experience: hands-on with LLMs, agents or code-assistants, model APIs, or prompt engineering.
• Deep knowledge of at least one major programming language (Ruby, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Developer experience obsession: you've shipped CI/CD, dev environment automation, code-quality tools, or similar.
• You align stakeholders, share best practices, and make engineering trade-offs visible.
• Bias to action and pragmatism: you iterate fast, unblock yourself and others, and stop or pivot when needed.

• Build AI-driven automation agents.
• Make AI-assisted workflows default in developer environments.
• Improve codebases for AI.
• Instrument and measure success metrics.
• Balance practicality and safety in AI systems.
• Evangelize and enable adoption of AI tools.
• Ship production-grade services.
