Senior Engineer, Infrastructure Platform

Requirements

• Cloud infrastructure expertise: Multiple years designing, building, and operating high-scale distributed systems in a cloud environment, ideally AWS.
• Engineering rigor: Deep knowledge of modern programming languages, with infrastructure-as-code as a nice to have.
• Operational obsession: Expert grasp of reliability, performance, and failure modes.
• Developer empathy: Understanding the pain points of product developers.
• Execution and ownership: Proven track record of driving complex technical initiatives.
• Clear, timely communication: Ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• AI-first by default: Leveraging AI to accelerate work and automation tasks.
