Senior Software Engineer, Reliability

Requirements

• Write and maintain production-quality code (e.g. Python, Go, or similar)
• Experience operating containerized workloads and platforms (e.g. Kubernetes) in production
• Participate in on-call rotations and diagnose production issues
• Design and operate observability systems
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform, Kubernetes manifests)
• Contribute to post-incident reviews and drive follow-up actions

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting security-critical platforms
• Familiarity with identity and access management systems
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Background in resilience testing or chaos engineering
• Comprehension of algorithms and data structures at scale

What You'll Be Doing

• Build and operate foundational, security-critical services
• Apply software engineering principles to automate infrastructure
• Define and refine SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets
• Improve observability, alerting, and incident response
• Collaborate with product, platform, and security engineers
• Mentor and pair with other engineers
