Tech Lead – Growth Engagement

Requirements

• Strong individual contributor background
• Experience technically leading a small team or project
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript (React / React Native)
• Comfort building in greenfield environments
• Strong experimentation mindset

• Strong communication skills
• Comfort operating autonomously in a remote-first environment

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the technical direction and delivery for re-engagement and rewards systems
• Stay hands-on in the codebase
• Make early architectural decisions for a greenfield system
• Break down initiatives from leadership into clear, executable plans
• Partner with Product to scope and run experiments
• Mentor and support engineers on your squad
• Collaborate with other engineering leads
