• Experience with accessibility standards, guidelines, or accessibility testing tools
• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development and staying current with emerging AI technologies
• Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices
• Experience with mobile development platforms (iOS, Android)
• Experience building large-scale testing infrastructure or developer tools
• Experience improving quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and proactive tooling improvements
