Software Engineer II

Requirements

• Experience in building libraries, SDKs and other components using, but not limited to: C/C++, C#, Java, TypeScript
• Extensive experience with modern web technologies such as .NET, Node, building RESTful APIs, and hands-on knowledge of web concepts such as HTTP, SOAP, and MVC
• Strong industry experience collaborating on designing, developing, testing, and shipping solutions to large scale technical problems
• Strong background in designing and deploying systems and services powered by AI infrastructure with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance

Nice to Haves

• Proven ability to design and develop loosely coupled, componentized, and unit-tested software
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and understand key business needs in line with competing priorities
• Demonstrated strength to quickly get up-to-speed and be productive on new technical domains
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills with solid understanding of object-oriented design and coding patterns
• Proven ability to use AI tooling to reduce cycle time while maintaining strict standards for privacy, security, and compliance

• Work with various teams to deliver sets of features with the right overall design and architecture
• Own and deliver complete feature areas and large-scale solutions including design, architecture, implementation, and shipping
• Share insights and best practices to improve development across related systems and products
• Provide mentorship and coaching to junior engineers
• Write clean code with a focus on quality, performance, and scalability
• Iterate based on customer feedback to deliver the best experience
