Cloud Solution Architect - Entry level - Italian speaking

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow structured processes and work effectively in a defined support environment
• Willingness to work in an in‑office setting
• Support a positive, inclusive, and customer‑focused team culture
• Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational English and Italian

Nice to Haves

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND 1+ years experience in AI/cloud technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
• OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field OR equivalent experience
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g., Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications)
• Hands-on experience in AI technologies

What You'll Be Doing

• Engage with customer developers & engineers to understand their application, data, and AI priorities, and build secure AI & Agentic solutions
• Work on technical engagements across architecture design, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and Minimum Viable Products to accelerate adoption of various platforms and solutions
• Leverage AI to automate and deliver repeatable processes for customers
• Engage with communities to share expertise and accelerate customer's AI transformation journey
• Act as the Voice of the Customer by sharing insights and feedback with account teams
