What You'll Be Doing

• Guide customers through onboarding, deployment, and optimization of Microsoft cloud solutions focused on getting customers ready for AI & data security
• Deliver consultative technical guidance across multiple Microsoft solution areas while helping customers navigate dependencies between workloads
• Drive customer success by identifying and removing deployment blockers, mitigating risks, and accelerating time-to-value
• Partner closely with FastTrack Architects, Customer Success teams, Engineering, Product Groups, and Partners to achieve customer outcomes
• Enable customers to adopt secure AI experiences by connecting identity, security, compliance, endpoint, productivity, and agent-based solutions into cohesive deployment strategies
• Contribute to scalable delivery by sharing best practices, improving playbooks, creating reusable guidance, and driving operational excellence
• Act as a customer advocate by bringing field insights and feedback into engineering and product improvement discussions
