Digital Solution Engineer - German Speaking

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field AND technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
• German professional proficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Advance qualified pipeline revenue by demonstrating solution capabilities, addressing technical proof requirements, and securing the customer’s solution design endorsement.
• Lead proof-of-Concept engagements for high-priority scenarios, documenting POC outcomes and mapping customer solution requirements.
• Showcase Microsoft’s unique value in AI-powered business process D365 solutions.
• Secure a clear deployment plan for every deal, including agreed success metrics and adoption milestones.
• Commit to ongoing professional development to maintain product knowledge and strategic sales skills.

Nice to Haves

• Experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Dynamics 365 Sales, Service or other CRM solutions).

• Digital Solution Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is €50,500.00 - €84,100.00 per year.
